The Original five casino corporations in Las Vegas have been conglomerated into two main factions. This was due to the fracturing of blue laws in various states were either repealed or confiscated by the state governments. The two conglomerates are The Harrah’s MGM Merger with links to Boston; The second Mandalay Park Entertainment.

operates casinos hotels in Reno, Lake Tahoe, Las Vegas, Laughlin, and Atlantic City. Harrah's also has a stake at National Airlines Inc. Harrah's also operates riverboat, dockside and Indian reservation casinos. Harrah's operates 21 casinos in 17 markets across the United States under the Harrah's, Rio, Showboat and Players brand. MGM Mirage
